The Operations Specialist works collaboratively with leadership and associates at all levels to bring our mission statement to life in their area(s) of responsibility and stewardship. Oversees the daily operations of an assigned community with emphasis on improving operational performance. Operations Specialists also assist with specific projects that transcend local and regional parameters. Ensures that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its policies/procedures and coaching the leaders and associates within their assigned area(s) to align with stated mission, values, objectives and policies/procedures. Because of its broad scope of responsibility, thorough knowledge of company systems and processes is required as well as the ability to plan many different kinds of operational activities. Effective leadership is critical in this position.
Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress toward business performance objective
Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback
Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvement
Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation
Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendor
Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metric
Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations

Outstanding communication and people skill
Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines
In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, customer service, human resources, etc.)
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metric
Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. ERP, CRM)
BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field preferred; MSc/MA will be a plus.
